History of Arbor Drive
The primary road, known as Arbor Drive, belonged to William Wilson Cook,
who in the early 1900’s lived in a large Victorian house on the property. Cook was a tree fancier, cultivating trees from around the world, setting
the stage for The Arbors development some 50 years later.
